Our Returns Policy
Personalised and fully bespoke orders can not be returned or refunded unless damaged or a mistake has been made, we will of course replace or refund in this instance.
If a mistake is made on our behalf and if any damage has occurred during transit please email us with photographic evidence with in 5 days of receiving the item at email@example.com
Postage will be paid by you the customer on all returned goods. Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Terms of Service
Orders shall normally be accepted if the products that you order are available and your payment method is authorised for the transaction. Your card or Paypal account will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be given a full refund.
We take payment via Paypal as it is fast, safe and secure. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can still use a debit or credit card to pay for your item(s).
As soon as payment is received and your item(s) have been dispatched we will email you to confirm your purchase is on its way.
