Holiday Inspiration

I have always found that visiting another country is one of the best ways to find inspiration. There is something so refreshing about exploring somewhere new, taking in different colours, landscapes, and ways of life. A change of scenery can be wonderfully good for the soul and often leaves me full of new creative ideas.

These ceramic designs were inspired by a lovely holiday in Greece. I found myself drawn to the vibrant lemons and pomegranates that appeared everywhere, from local markets, to tables filled with delicious food shared with family and friends.

For me, these pieces are a reminder of warm sunshine, long summer days, wonderful food, and happy holiday memories. Every time I paint them, they take me straight back to Greece.
